If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product isn't received in new or unopened condition.

 Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product isn't received in new or unopened condition.

 To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

·         Contact our customer service returns support team on 0161 447 8580.

·         Quote your full name, address, order number and have your payment ID information ready to confirm your original purchase method

·         Confirm whether you are requesting a refund or exchange

·         You will be given a returns reference number and postal address to ship the item

·         Ensure you send a copy of your return shipping costs with your item. Please don’t use premium “guaranteed by” shipping services as this won’t help us deal with your return any faster.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will confirm the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Discounted items

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Shipping returns or exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. Items, that are not defective, damaged or incorrect, are not eligible for shipping refunds.

 If you requested a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included to your product refund. All defective, damaged or incorrect items will receive a full refund of the original order shipping costs in addition to the purchase price.

If you requested an exchange the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
